At iLash and More, I believe that your individual needs come first. But in an industry flooded with new products and procedures, we must make sure that health and safety are never compromised. I therefore take a precautionary approach, always opting for safe and tested solutions. I will do my utmost to get to know you, and work with you towards finding the right service for you!



After I have seen you for the first time, you do not have to come early, just on time. If you are late (15 minutes or less) I will perform the appointment doing what I can with the time that is left, but you will still pay the full appointment price.


If you are more than 15 minutes late you may have to reschedule, and this will result in an additonal $25 fee.



Cancelations with in less than 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the appointment price. With a 3-strike contingent. If this happens 3 times within one year you will no longer be a client at iLash and More.




I prefer 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling so I can fill the appointment that you have. You must cancel your appointment, feel free to contact me directly or log on to the square website and cancel. If you try to contact me during regular business hours, I may not be able to respond, being that I am more than likely with a client. So I recommend using the booking site (squareup.com) Be sure that you receive a confirmation, you should receive not one, but two confirmations. One via text and one via email. If you do not receive this your appointment has not been canceled and you will still be responsible to pay the cancellation fee.


If you do not pay the fee you will no longer be a client at iLash and More.



Same Day & No Shows will pay a fee of 100% of scheduled service. If you do not pay the fee you will no longer be client at iLash and more.



There are no exceptions to these policies. I will adhere to these policies myself, I will always treat my clients with common courtesy and respect your time and I expect you to do the same. I understand that things happen, life happens, children, school, work. With that being said, if I have to cancel your appointment or reschedule due to something personal I will in return give you a discount.



If you are sick, PLEASE reschedule your appointment! If you arrive sick, I will cancel your appointment and charge you a fee (100% of scheduled service).


Arriving to your appointment sick can get me, my family or other clients and their families or loved ones sick.



Please arrive to your appointment without make up. Wearing makeup can leave residue on the lashes and lash line, effecting the bond of the adhesive and extension to the natural lash. Makeup residue also attracts dead skin cells, oil, and environmental debris which can result in eye irritation and infection if not properly cleansed.  If you are unable to arrive to your appointment without makeup, please arrive with enough time to wash/or remove make up. I will provide appropriate cleansing products, if needed.

Lash Cleanser is available for purchase, specially formulated for eyes and lash extensions. I highly suggest purchasing lash cleanser for the longevity of your lash extensions and the health of your eyes. The use of other products such as baby shampoo and facial cleansers is not recommend because these products are not formulated to be used on or near the eye area.  



Proper hygiene is a must, if you do not take care of your lash extensions you are putting yourself at risk for infection and permanent damage to your eyes and natural lashes. Your extensions will not last and iLash and More will not be responsible for any immediate or long-term effects of improper hygiene. You will be given complete after care instructions and will have the opportunity to purchase products that were developed specifically for the eye area. If you do not follow basic aftercare instructions iLash and More reserves the right to deny or discontinue services at any time.



Also give yourself enough time to use the facilities prior to your appointment, you will be laying down with your eyes closed anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours.



Please limit your use or consumption of tobacco products and caffeine, these and many other chemicals can cause anxiousness, or make your body feel shaky and/or jittery, making it difficult to preform or complete your service.



You are paying for a luxury service, so you will be given the proper environment to relax and enjoy.




NO CHILDREN OR PETS AND NO FOOD OR DRINKS.



There is limited space available, so I prefer that you do not bring guests. No one under the age of 18 due to insurance liability.



No results are guaranteed, no refunds will be given. Price and discount specials are subject to change without notice and may have restrictions.



If you are in anyway unhappy, you must contact me within 48 hours and I will do everything I can to make you happy!



Though it does not happen often people do have allergic reactions and they can happen at any time. Please contact me if you believe that you are having allergic reaction. I will be happy to remove your lashes free of charge. I am not a doctor so I am unable to give you medical advice, and would recommend that you see a doctor if any of the following symptoms occur; itchy or burning eyes, watery eyes, red or pink eyes, scaling around the eyes, swollen or puffy eyelids.
